Second indoor waterfountain! I have way too much time on my hands..

Anyways! This time I used the pots from some dead plants I'd manage too kill with too little water in the summer heat. Water flows up the inner pot and out through and under a seashell I found in Greece. The other end of the pump is connected under all the small rocks.

I am using the Pantry-pump as the last fountain because Norway sucks in anything else than making beer and being expensive, and doesnt sell fountainpumps under 150 USD.. The pump isnt selfsucking so it has to hang below the fountain... That brings up why it stands ontop of a Christmas cookie box.. xD When I get real tabletop-fountain pump Its not going to be standing on top of that..

Ok I just had a deck built in my backyard, about two feet high. Behind the deck there is a soil patch about 10' by 5'. I want to put some kind of water thing in there but not a pond because that would be too hard to maintain yet not a dinky table top fountain either. Any ideas.

sounds like pondless fountains are gettin' really popular, you would still need a pond liner, a pump, rock to fill and an electrical source near your fountain, or waterfall. There are plenty of sites on the web to help plan yours.
